Vila Planalto is the oldest part of Brasília where workers and engineers had been settled during the construction period of the town. The village was supposed to be demolished  after the inauguration of Brasília, but the families refused to move away.

The Walking Tour shows you a picture of 50 years of urban architecture of Brasília, – a scale from still existing wooden houses to modern concrete buildings. You will live moments of day-to-day life of Brazilian village people which is complete different from the rest of the capital.

Its  gastronomic scene is amazing, – you will know some of the more than 40 restaurants and lanchonetes which are mainly frequented for lunch time.
